The Nigerian super star advises the male gender on what to do before grabbing or rocking someone
during his recent show…
Nigerian singer, song writer and Grammy award winner Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid during his recent show told
his male fans that they’re free to touch and grab anyone of their choice but first they must ask for permission before doing so.
He repeated the statement a couple of times to the grand cheer from fans in the crowd.
The video has since gone viral to the admiration of fans and music lovers, as people praised Wizkid for highlighting the importance
of seeking consent especially when dealing with other people. As abuse has become a concerning issue in our present society it’s great
to see someone educate people on it.
His recent success following the release of his fifth album is one that has surpassed many. The singer’s sold out concert at the Madison
Square Garden in New York show cased Wizkid in a whole new light, to the point that American rapper Busta Rhymes showered Wizkid
with praises.
Wizkid has been referred to as the G.O.A.T for achieving what many have not been able to attain and for taking his music and Afrobeat
to the world map.
