Wizkid’s Guinness World Record wins. Nigerian superstar and Grammy Award winner Ayodeji
Balogun popularly known as Wizkid is said to have bagged four Guinness World Records.
Following Hilda’s Guinness World breaking Record of cooking for 100 hours, Wizkid’s Guinness
world record has surfaced.
Wizkid officially now has four (4) Guinness world records. Making him the only African with
four different Guinness world records for different categories. Wizkid’s journey in the music
industry has been a long time coming, and being the first Nigerian artist to gain international
recognition only shows his growth and achievements.
Meanwhile, the singer has four records in the Guinness World Records in the following categories.
The first track to hit one billion on Spotify, most awards won at all African music awards, most awards
won at the all African music awards and finally most Artist of the Year award at all African music awards.
It’s a season of breaking records, since Hilda’s groundbreaking cooking record. Where she cooked
for 100 hours unseating India’s former record holder Tondon which she held since 2019. Her victory
cut across the nation and head inspired many to break ground.
