The talented singers Ruger and BNXN formerly known as Buju has clashed on
social media over who tops charts
and has more organic streams.
The whole saga started when Ruger who recently dropped two singles, made a post via his Twitter
page insinuating that his colleagues do the most by trying to force their songs down people’s
throat whether it’s sweet or not.
And unlike them his songs are always a jam.
His tweet;
“I am something, For years now, I have forced my songs down people’s throat whether e sweet abi
e no sweet.Either by too many ads or by paying every influencer to make noise about a song they don’t even like. Or by speeding my song on TIKTOK. WHAT AM I?
Buju who now goes by BNXN wasn’t having the jab at all and called Ruger out, reminding him that he’s biting
the fingers that fed his boss and enough to feed him. BNXN also reminded him that he has not headlined
a show since he came into the game.
And to top it off he mentioned Ruger and his bosses uses a streaming farm, which is a room where label
bosses pay money to get their artists song up by automation, no real fans, no real people just a façade.
BNXN tweet;
“We know you haven’t headlined any event since you came into the game, not Balmoral,
not Eko hotel, not MuriOkunola, not even your father’s compound. Or should be leave the country?… No
headline anywhere? And you’re topping the charts? Are we idiots?
Ruger replied.
“Buju baby all I need from you now is simple, I need you to list just five songs of yours that will make your crowd go
crazy at your shows and I’ll list mine. No features, just your songs Buju baby I’m waiting”.
