Lady sues singer Trey Songz $10 Million for alleged ass@ult. American singer popularly known as Trey Songz has been sued by a lady for ass@ult after she claims he exp0sed her Br£ast from her bikini top. In 2013 during a pool party and demands $10 million in damages.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on the 2nd of June, the woman who goes by the anonymous name Jane Doe. Is also suing the production company and record executive Kelvin Liles, as well as Atlantic records.
In the document, she stated that the multiple defendant are responsible because they should have been aware of her s+xual proclivities. Adding that they failed to keep Trey under control.
Meanwhile, her attorney according to TMZ claims that the woman felt humili@ted following the incident which resulted to long-lasting distr£ss. And due to that the attorney claimed that the lady quit her promising career. She’s seeking a total of $10 million in dam@ges and included a video evidence that caught the incident on camera.
