Kizz reaches 500 million streams; Nigerian artist, singer and hit maker Oluwatobiloba Daniel popularly known as

Kizz Daniel has received his flowers for hitting a new milestone of 500,000,000 streams on the global music streaming

platform Boomplay.


The music streaming platform took to their social media page to congratulate the singer and tweeted;

“It’s only right he gets his flowers for making us #BUGA this year! ??”

The singer has had a good year with his hit single #BUGA which was a global anthem, and his follow up song

#COUGH is also a jam and has taken over the air wave. Meanwhile, the music video for #COUGH was recently released

and it gave was it was supposed to give. Kizz reaches 500 million streams is just another feather to his cap.


Kizz Daniel also had a bit of a down time in the course of the year, when he didn’t show up for a show in Tanzania

after he was paid in full. The incident led to his arrest and detention, the singer in his defence said his luggage went

missing which had his clothes and jewelries, also moments before the show began he and the organizers had some

Everything was later settled, and Kizz daniel came later to give a free show to make up for the last one he missed

due to factors beyond his control. Before the show started, the singer apologized to the audience again after giving

an official statement weeks before. Kizz Daniel’s apology was met with a resounding cheer from the crowd indicating

that they have forgiven him.
