Your Role as a Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst at Humatica, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting experienced consultants on projects for national and international companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the team with hypothesis development.
- Conducting research and in-depth analysis.
- Communicating analytical findings, summaries, and conclusions.
- Preparing materials for client meetings and workshops.
- Actively participating in client meetings and workshops.

Your Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A degree from a top-tier university.
- Fluent in English, and ideally business-fluent in one or more of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Swedish, or Dutch (Native-level German is essential for the Munich office).
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting or an analytical role within a business setting.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Confidence, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach.
- A natural interest in business.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
