They are on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of innovative shopping experiences for clothing and shoe purchases. This role will involve tackling challenges like enabling customers to confidently evaluate products, try on items, and explore fashion in new, exciting ways.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to enhance challenging and high-impact areas.
- Contribute to user experience visions for features and product lines.
- Create design strategies through frameworks, diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Advocate for the customer and maintain high-quality standards.
- Present design rationale backed by data and user feedback to leadership.
- Contribute to building a thriving design culture and UX practice.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or product designer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field, or relevant industry experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to create customer experiences across various touchpoints and proficiency in UI and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design software like Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX, interaction, or product design.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and synthesizing feedback from various stakeholders.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience in writing UX copy.
- Past experience in fashion services or style-based brands.
- Retail/e-commerce design experience in a global context.
